pleasant stay with room for improvement
The check-in process was quick, but the welcoming front desk staff truly set a positive tone for our visit. Our family suite offered a stunning sea view, with ample space for relaxation. The SPA facilities were a highlight, especially the indoor pool which my son adored and never wanted to leave.
However, the restaurant could improve its dining atmosphere.

I appreciated the beautifully maintained gardens and spacious common areas, which provided a lovely atmosphere for relaxation. The layout was accessible, making it easy to navigate even for seniors like myself. The staff were also incredibly attentive.
More seating areas for seniors in the garden.

The family suite offered plenty of space, perfect for our needs. The kids loved the dedicated playground, keeping them entertained while we got some relaxation. The indoor pool was a huge hit with them. We enjoyed the rooftop bar for evening cocktails. the view was breathtaking. However, we faced some issues with the breakfast service. The coffee machine didn’t work properly, and ordering coffee from the staff felt uncomfortable as they seemed disturbed. One morning, it took way too long to get a table, as the dining area was overcrowded. Also, it’d be great if the staff could be a bit more welcoming, as we often felt like we were bothering them when asking for help. Despite a few hiccups, our stay was enjoyable overall, thanks to the spacious and family-friendly environment.

This hotel was just a well-suited match for a short weekend trip in Vlore with high value for money. The pool area was great, but it opened late. Watch out for pool hours and avoid waiting too long.
